"Selections by N. Paganini-L. Silva and J.S. Bach, and 12 Capricci for Solo Cello, op. 25 by A. Piatti"
Emerging cellist Khari Joyner takes us on a journey through the landscape of cello techniques and playing in his solo album devoted to Alfredo Piatti, Paganini, and J.S. Bach. He features an expressive and personal interpretation of the technically demanding 12 Capricci, op. 25, by Piatti, and pays an homage to one of the great violin virtuosos of all time, Niccolo Paganini, with a cello transcription of a caprice by the late cellist Luigi Silva.

"He’s a charismatic soloist, too, finding the essence of the concerto’s elegant passions — rewarded with a grateful standing ovation..." -Pierre Ruhe, Atlanta Journal Constitution
